HR Analytics Transformation Manager
The role and its responsibilities
This full-time role is based at our global center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Your core task is to ensure that all data is properly monitored and managed while keeping stakeholders informed and acting as a contact person for all data issues. You will become a highly visible part of an important change process driven by a powerful Transformation Office which gives you also the opportunity to discover a large part of the organization.
Detailed tasks include:
• (Co)designing, driving and maintaining trackers and KPI dashboards;
• Using complex analysis to identify and push strategic levers for the Transformation team and workstreams;
• Acting as the focal point for Finance and HR Business Partners managing requirements and compliance;
• Working with Finance to ensure proper reporting.
At all times you work/liaise closely with the team members of the Transformation Office and designated HR Business Partners
• Master’s degree in a relevant subject;
• Around one to two years of data management experience in Finance or HR;
• Strong analytical skills, especially Excel & VBA-skills;
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and operate within a complex and ambiguous environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including fluent written and spoken English.
