The senior HR consultant delivers day to day operational HR services for Miele X and implements global HR processes from Corporate. Ensures the build up of Miele X according to organizational Blue Print. Acts as Business Partner to the Managing Director. Streamlines and implements consistent HR processes and best practices in all HR fields (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Comp&Ben, Talent Management, etcâ€¦).
With support of HR Miele NL build the new Miele X organization from HR perspective and take all necessary actions, e.g. implement the Miele X spirit and Miele company culture, ensure proper communication (internal & external), install best HR practices, partner with Senior Leaders to staff key positions with best internal candidates (Talent Mgmt) and external candidates and create a strong Employer Branding.
Define and implement, in consultation with the Managing Director and the HR Director of Miele NL, the crucial global and local HR processes
Responsible for HR services from A to Z and respond proactively to the requests of line managers and employees
Streamline and implement HR processes and Tools i.e Job Descriptions / Annual Performance Mgmt / Talent Mgmt / T&D / Recruitment / Exit / Salary structure and bonus system / Payroll / Local Policies
Act as strong business and sparring partner to the Managing Director and the Management team of Miele X.
First contact point for overarching Comp&Ben, Training, Labour law issues.
With support of HRD Miele NL set up a HR strategy / roadmap / calendar, implement robust HR processes & practices. Ensure a 360 degree annual HR cycle including all major HR topics
University degree in HR and several years of HR expertise with a commercial angle in a local sales subsidiary; experience in start-ups and build-ups is highly appreciated
Seniority and influencing skills on Sr Management level in a change management environment as well as excellent interpersonal skills on national and/or international level
Problem solver, self-motivated, hands-on mentality, fast and pragmatic approach
Knowledge of local NL labour laws (would be an asset) and experience in international working environment
Excellent communication and presentations skills both in local (Dutch) language and in En
