We are looking for an exceptionally driven, organised, collaborative, and proactive Senior Recruiter to help build our hiring pipeline for international roles at Royal BAM Group, joining our Talent Acquisition team in the Utrecht area.

In this role you will be responsible for complete end-to-end recruitment drives and related activities, working with senior level managers and candidates, in order to grow diverse, talented and high performing teams at BAM. This includes hiring for our business support departments, such as IT, Digital Construction, Corporate Communications, Finance, Procurement, Legal and HR. You will also advise on the selection of candidates for the international graduate programme. Additionally, you either lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects on our recruitment policies and ways of working.

The location of this position is Bunnik, Utrecht area. You will report to the Global Director Talent Acquisition.

Job Requirements
If you are our ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in delivering successful international recruitment drives of mid to senior level hires, as well as experience with advising managers on best practices and processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. You bring solid experience with developing innovative search strategies in a competing talent market, can act pre-emptively, carry out difficult discussions with candidates and managers, and build strong relationships with managers of all levels. Experience with working flexibly and autonomously, and an appetite for being fully accountable for your performance delivery is also essential.


  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment of senior level positions in an international environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results in an international agency or corporate environment with ambitious timelines
  • Extensive experience in working with senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven and numbers-orientedExcellent attention for, and interest in, interpersonal communication and behavioral competencesFluent in all aspects of the English language
